Visisting Lower Carolinas

Having walked up the 'hill' and tramped around Marpo Heights for a while, I have decided to start exploring the lower Carolinas. There are not as many access points to the Carolinas hills as there were for Marpo Heights, which makes walking there a little more difficult.

The Carolinas don't seem to be as developed as Marpo, although they have built access roads so people can build upon these hills. You can see that the road is lined with power poles, ready for builders, however, there are no power lines on those poles. Along the roads I traveled this morning, there was only one piece of property that was being developed. The roads are mostly dirt and/or grass.
I did discover where they stored the little scooter house that was once on Broadway and used for the scooter rental, that recently closed down. Ready for use again when things pick-up.
I basically made a circle, walking up Carolinas hill to the east, turning south behind the Dynasty Casino, and finally hitting the road that goes to Suicide Cliff.
