New Hotel and misc. construction projects

The new Bridge Investment group has set up shop over the bank. They are the ones that will build the 200 million + hotel/casino/condo project up on Carolinas overlooking the ocean. They had a model of the project in their office. I was told that the ground-breaking would be in April and work would actually start 'sometime this year', or perhaps the first of next year-- much slower start than I had thought.

The hospital room we are remodeling is coming along. The walls are fixed and new paint has been put on, but there is still a lot of work--the bathroom tile is being replaced, and all the touch-up stuff has to be done.

Terri and I have decided to get a new living room set for our little apartment, that will go with us if and when we ever find a house to rent. We are buying it from Ace hardware in Saipan. They deliver it to the dock, where a company called SN-5 loads it on a boat and takes it to tinian. Then they have a small flat bed truck with a boom on it that takes stuff off the boat, loads it on the truck, which then delivers it to our apartment. We hope to have it sometime next week.
