I think the installation of the roadbase is about done. The fire hydrant to the right was sitting about 3' above the road after they had removed the old road. Now it is back about where it was before they started.
The road is very smooth and packed down. Now all they need is the asphalt.
It is always darkest before the dawn, and there is always a rainbow after the rain...
And there is always a silver lining around every cloud. Even on bad days, it is hard to feel sad when living on Tinian.
